This project involves approximately 15,000 square feet of new construction and approximately 13,400 square feet of interior remodel to the existing facility. The scope includes a significant expansion featuring a large lobby with a second-floor balcony, conference room, video production office and recording room on the second floor, and an additional office wing on the first floor. The project also incorporates new children’s classrooms on both the first and second floors. A key component of the expansion is a new sanctuary designed to seat up to 604 people, enhancing the overall capacity and functionality of the building. -Type: Remodel/Addition
